Do you love food? Would you like to have a say in what food Macfood Mart offers next? Want to be entered to win a free pizza? We thought so. Fill out the survey and be entered to win a FREE Macfood Mart pizza.

Only one submission per person. Must live within 5 miles of Fort Wayne area and must be willing to pick it up. Winners will be contacted by phone, so providing a phone number is essential to winning. Employees and immediate family members of employees are not eligible to win.

How the Winner is Selected:

 

All participants will be collected into a spreadsheet list and a random number generator will be used to pair the winners with their prizes.

 

Winners will be contacted via phone by 5pm Monday July 31st.

 

Other Rules and Regulations:

 

• Macfood Mart employees and immediate family not eligible to win

• No purchase necessary

• Purchases do not enhance the chance of winning

• Contest will start June 26th  and run until July 31st. Winner will be contacted by 5pm July 31st

• Winners and Macfood Mart representative will work out time for winner to claim their prize. Winner will be required to pick up prize from a Macfood Mart location on a weekday.

• Must be at least 18years of age to win and live within 5 miles of Fort Wayne.
